       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Rodrigues) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 24
    4  and insert:
    5         a. The term of supervision is probation;.
    6         b. The probationer does not qualify as a violent felony
    7  offender of special concern, as defined in paragraph (8)(b);.
    8         c. The violation is a low-risk technical violation, as
    9  defined in paragraph (9)(b); and.
