       Senator Gibson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 75 - 80
    4  and insert:
    5         (8)(a) A No person may not shall make or knowingly allow a
    6  telephonic sales call to be made if such call uses involves an
    7  automated telephone dialing system for the selection or dialing
    8  of telephone numbers or plays the playing of a recorded message
    9  when a connection is completed to a number called without the
   10  prior express written consent of the called party, except as
   11  allowed under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and
   12  the Federal Communications Commission’s implementing rules.
