       The Committee on Appropriations (Diaz and Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (702774) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 600 and 601
    5  insert:
    6         Section 11. Subsection (3) of section 338.166, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         338.166 High-occupancy toll lanes or express lanes.—
    9         (3) Any remaining toll revenue from the high-occupancy toll
   10  lanes or express lanes shall be used by the department for the
   11  construction, maintenance, or improvement of any road or public
   12  transportation project on the State Highway System within the
   13  county or counties in which the toll revenues were collected or
   14  to support express bus service on the facility where the toll
   15  revenues were collected.
