       The Committee on Appropriations (Diaz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 384 and 385
    4  insert:
    5         Section 7. Subsection (3) of section 338.166, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         338.166 High-occupancy toll lanes or express lanes.—
    8         (3) Any remaining toll revenue from the high-occupancy toll
    9  lanes or express lanes shall be used by the department for the
   10  construction, maintenance, or improvement of any road or public
   11  transportation project on the State Highway System within the
   12  county or counties in which the toll revenues were collected or
   13  to support express bus service on the facility where the toll
   14  revenues were collected.

   19  insert:
   20         amending s. 338.166, F.S.; requiring that certain toll
   21         revenue be used for public transportation projects;
