       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (564816) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 105
    5  and insert:
    6         11. A license plate agency must charge the same fees as
    7  those charged by a tax collector. All standards specified in
    8  statute which apply to services provided by tax collectors also
    9  apply to services provided by license plate agencies.
   10         12. This paragraph expires July 1, 2025.
