       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Perry) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 214
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 5. The Legislature determines and declares that
    6  this act fulfills an important state interest.
    7         Section 6. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 16 - 17
   12  and insert:
   13         conforming cross-references; providing a declaration
   14         of important state interest; providing an effective
   15         date.
