       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Wright) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 22 - 27
    4  and insert:(i) Development of procedures that require each
    5  current and prospective contractor, as a prerequisite to
    6  providing commodities or contractual services to the state
    7  pursuant to a contract executed, extended, renewed, or amended
    8  on or after July 1, 2021, to provide the department with a
    9  written declaration pursuant to s. 92.525(2) which discloses
   10  whether the contractor is owned or controlled by a foreign
   11  government, as defined in s. 876.22.
