       The Committee on Health Policy (Rodriguez) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1121 and 1122
    4  insert:
    5         Section 16. Subsection (7) is added to section 483.801,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         483.801 Exemptions.—This part applies to all clinical
    8  laboratories and clinical laboratory personnel within this
    9  state, except:
   10         (7) Persons performing alternate-site testing within a
   11  hospital or offsite emergency department licensed under chapter
   12  395.
