    3         Delete lines 20 - 23
    4  and insert:
    5  include a citizen support organization; a direct-support
    6  organization; a joint underwriting association, a risk
    7  apportionment plan, or other entity created under ss. 627.311 or
    8  627.351; a research institute of the state university system; or
    9  an entity licensed as a health care
