       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 972 - 980
    4  and insert:
    5  corporation covering an owner-occupied personal residential
    6  property that has a dwelling replacement cost less than $700,000
    7  or that is a single condominium unit that has a combined
    8  dwelling and contents replacement cost less than $700,000,
    9  excluding coverage changes and surcharges, if the policy was
   10  initially issued by the corporation and the dwelling was
   11  determined by the corporation to be owner-occupied before July
   12  1, 2021.
