       The Committee on Transportation (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 92 and 93
    4  insert:
    5         (e) A low-speed autonomous delivery vehicle must be covered
    6  by a policy of automobile insurance which provides the coverage
    7  required by s. 627.749(2)(a)1., 2., and 3.

    9  The coverage requirements of this paragraph may be satisfied by
   10  automobile insurance maintained by the owner of a low-speed
   11  autonomous delivery vehicle, the owner of the teleoperation
   12  system, the remote human operator, or a combination thereof.
