    3         Between lines 714 and 715
    4  insert:
    5         (b) A business, service provider, or third party that
    6  collects the personal information of an individual:
    7         1. Who applies to, is or was previously employed by, or
    8  acts as an agent of the business, service provider, or third
    9  party, to the extent that the personal information is collected
   10  and used in a manner related to or arising from the individual’s
   11  employment status; or
   12         2. To administer benefits for another individual and the
   13  personal information is used to administer those benefits.
