       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 110 - 117
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) This subsection does not apply to any portion of a
    6  county within an area of critical state concern, as designated
    7  in s. 380.0552 or chapter 28-36, Florida Administrative Code.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 18 - 23
   12  and insert:
   13         notice; providing applicability for any portion of a
   14         county within a specified area of critical state
   15         concern; requiring owners or
