       The Committee on Rules (Diaz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1025 and 1026
    4  insert:
    5         Section 19. Section 562.03, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    6  read:
    7         562.03 Storage on licensed premises.—
    8         (1) It is unlawful for any vendor to store or keep any
    9  alcoholic beverages in any building or room other than:
   10         (a) The building or room shown in the diagram accompanying
   11  the vendor’s license application;
   12         (b) A building or room approved by the division and located
   13  in a county where the vendor has a license issued pursuant to s.
   14  565.02(1)(a)-(f); or
   15         (c) A building or room approved by the division and used
   16  only in conjunction with a catered event operated by an entity
   17  with a license issued pursuant to s. 565.02(1)(a)-(f).
   18         (2) This section does not apply to any alcoholic beverages
   19  that are intended only except for the personal consumption of
   20  the vendor, the vendor’s family, or the vendor’s personal guests
   21  and guest in any building or room other than the building or
   22  room shown in the diagram accompanying his or her license
   23  application or in another building or room approved by the
   24  division.
