       The Committee on Community Affairs (Diaz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (285024) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 681 and 682
    5  insert:
    6         (d) This subsection does not apply to a project that has
    7  been submitted for and has received an approved development
    8  order pursuant to chapter 163 from the local governing body
    9  before December 31, 2021.

   13         Delete line 722
   14  and insert:
   15         to be placed on the ballot; providing applicability;
   16         amending s. 212.03055,
