       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Cruz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 123 - 128
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) By January 1, 2022, the task force shall submit a
    6  report detailing its findings and recommendations to the
    7  Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House
    8  of Representatives, the Minority Leader of the Senate, and the
    9  Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.
   10         (6) This section expires March 11, 2022.
