amendment:

On Page: 222 Revises proviso language for Farm Share to require
30 percent of products distributed be Florida fresh
Spec App: 1504 products and requires quarterly reporting. This
proviso language is consistent with other feeding
programs.

Following Specific Appropriation 1504, DELETE:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1504, $2,500,000 in
nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided to Farm
Share (Senate Form 2021).
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1504, Farm Share shall submit
a report that includes the amount and type of fresh produce distributed
to needy families, local food entities, and community partners. The
report shall include a detailed breakout of the types of fresh
commodities distributed. The report shall be submitted to the chair of
the Senate Appropriations Committee and the chair of the House of
Representatives Appropriations Committee by January 1, 2022.

AND INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1504, $2,500,000 in

distributed by Farm Share must be fresh Florida products.
