On Page: 135             Provides $110,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Nassau County Youth Alternative to 
Spec App:  750           Secured Detention (S.W.E.A.T.) Program (Senate Form 
                         1397). 
                         
                         Reduces $110,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Criminal Conflict Case Costs 
                         appropriation category within the Justice 
                         Administrative Commission.
