On Page: 051             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for ChildNet for the expansion of safety 
Spec App:  190           management services (Senate Form 1308) in the 
                         Department of Children and Families and reduces 
                         funds by the same amount from the Florida Health 
                         Care Connection (FX) in the Agency for Health Care 
                         Administration.
