On Page: 051             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for Rural Schools 
Spec App:  190           Telemedicine / Behaviorial Health Services (Senate 
                         Form 1282). Reduces funding from the Agency for 
                         Health Care Administration by the same amount from 
                         the Florida Health Care Connection (FX).
