    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 223 - 224
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) For eligible nonpregnant adults, retroactive for a
    6  period of no more than 90 days before to the first day of the
    7  month in which an application for Medicaid is
    8

   12  and insert:
