    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 48 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5  parents or guardians to discuss with their children how to best
    6  use the moment of silence.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 14 - 16
   11  and insert:
   12         parents or guardians to discuss with their children
   13         how to best use the moment of silence; providing an
   14         effective date.
