9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. This act may be cited as the “Occupational
12 Regulation Review Act.”
13 Section 2. Section 11.65, Florida Statutes, is created to
14 read:
15 11.65 Legislative review of occupational regulation.—
16 (1) As used in this section, the term:
17 (a) “Occupational regulatory program” or “program” means
18 any statutory regulatory provision or scheme which places a
19 condition on practicing an occupation, including, but not
20 limited to, programs that require a license, certification,
21 registration, or credential.
22 (b) “Occupation” means a paid job, profession, work, line
23 of work, trade, employment, position, post, career, field,
24 vocation, or craft.
25 (2) There is established a schedule for systematic review
26 of the costs and benefits of occupational regulatory programs.
27 The Legislature intends to review each program before the
28 scheduled date to determine whether to repeal the program,
29 continue the program without modifications, continue the program
30 with modifications, or provide for other appropriate actions.
31 Section 3. Pursuant to the Occupational Regulation Review
32 Act, the following statutes must be reviewed by the Legislature
