       Senator Gainer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 42
    4  and insert:
    5         1. Tax returns.
    6         2. Financial information.
    7         3. Credit history information, credit reports, and credit
    8  scores.
    9         (b) This subsection does not prohibit the disclosure of
   10  information held by an economic development agency pursuant to
   11  its administration of a small business loan program in an
   12  aggregated and anonymized format.
   13         (c) This subsection is subject to the Open Government
   14  Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand
   15  repealed on October 2, 2026, unless reviewed and saved from
   16  repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
   17         Section 2. The Legislature finds that it is a public
