       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Rodrigues) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 18
    4  and insert:
    5         for declaratory relief against the requester to determine
    6  whether the record is a public record as defined by s. 119.011,
    7  or the status of the record as confidential or exempt from the
    8  provisions of s. 119.07(1).
