       The Committee on Judiciary (Hooper) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 42 and 43
    4  insert:
    5         (3) A driver excluded pursuant to this section must:
    6         (a) Establish, maintain, and show proof of financial
    7  ability to respond for damages arising out of the ownership,
    8  maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle as required by chapter
    9  324; and
   10         (b) Maintain security as required by s. 627.733.

   14         Delete line 8
   15  and insert:
