       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (268914) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 722 and 723
    4  insert:
    5         (d) By October 1 of each year, report to the department, in
    6  a format developed by the department, the following information
    7  for the preceding school year:
    8         1. The total number of students enrolled in the school;
    9         2. The number of students enrolled in the school who
   10  participated in a state school choice scholarship program under
   11  this chapter, indicating student participation in each
   12  scholarship program;
   13         3. The number of students enrolled in the school who
   14  participated in a state school choice scholarship program under
   15  this chapter and also took courses through dual enrollment under
   16  chapter 1007 or a virtual school under this chapter, indicating
   17  student enrollment in such courses, either through dual
   18  enrollment or enrollment in a virtual school, or both; and
   19         4. The number of students, by grade level, who withdrew
   20  from enrollment in the school or transferred to another school,
   21  and the reason for such withdrawal or transfer.
