       The Committee on Education (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1204 - 1219
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Annually administer or make provision for students
    6  participating in the program in grades 3 through 10 to take the
    7  statewide assessments administered pursuant to s. 1008.22. This
    8  paragraph does not apply to students with disabilities for whom
    9  standardized testing is not appropriate. A participating private
   10  school shall report a student’s scores to the parent and the
   11  department for use in calculating school grades pursuant to s.
   12  1008.34.
