       (Albritton) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 17 - 19
    4  and insert:
    5  otherwise maliciously discloses the location of a center commits
    6  a:
    7         (1) Misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided
    8  in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
    9         (2) Felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in
   10  s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084, upon a second or
   11  subsequent conviction.
