       The Committee on Rules (Taddeo) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 64 and 65
    4  insert:
    5         (c) The agency shall also publish the information required
    6  in paragraph (a) and the disclosure statement in paragraph (b)
    7  on its website, and shall provide that information and statement
    8  annually to each applicant placed on the waiting list or the
    9  parent, legal guardian, or family member of such applicant.
