The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (395520) (with title
2 amendment)

4 Between lines 117 and 118
5 insert:
6 (5) To receive the liability protections under this
7 section, the defendant must prove by clear and convincing
8 evidence that it had prominently posted at each public entrance
9 a notice with the following statement in at least 20-point font:

11 ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK - Pursuant to Section 768.38, Florida
12 Statutes, this establishment is not liable for transmission of
13 or exposure to COVID-19, even if such transmission or exposure
14 was caused by our own negligent conduct.
