       The Committee on Rules (Thurston) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 205
    4  and insert:
    5  whichever is later. This section does not apply to claims
    6  brought against a facility that was cited for a deficiency
    7  pursuant to s. 400.23(8)(a), (b), or (c) during the 3 years
    8  preceding the date of the State Surgeon General’s declaration of
    9  the public health emergency relating to COVID-19.
