    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (6) is added to section 11.143,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         11.143 Standing or select committees; powers.—
    8         (6) Any testimony provided by a witness appearing on behalf
    9  of the Office of Insurance Regulation before a committee must be
   10  supported by data made available to the members of the
   11  Legislature.
