       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (670126) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 486
    5  and insert:
    6  costs, and expenses to the Department of Financial Services. The
    7  same information described in this section must also be provided
    8  to the department by the insurance company’s in-house counsel,
    9  its outside defense law firm, and each participating lawyer for
   10  each of the claims described in this section.
