       Senator Albritton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (822094) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 49 and 50
    4  insert:
    5         9. Specification of physical security features for locking
    6  fuel system icing inhibitor fill points on the fixed-base
    7  operator's aircraft fuel delivery vehicles. Such features must
    8  prevent the addition of any fluid other than icing inhibitors
    9  and the specification must require that only properly trained
   10  and authorized individuals may access such features.
