       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 372 - 376
    4  and insert:
    5  disbursement to other educational entities. Notwithstanding any
    6  other law, a student that meets the eligibility requirements of
    7  s. 1009.531 or s. 1009.532 shall receive the award amount as
    8  originally provided by the legislature for the maximum percent
    9  of credit hours the student was eligible for when he or she
   10  began receiving the scholarship for the duration of the
   11  scholarship.
   12         (a)If funds appropriated are not adequate to provide the
   13  maximum allowable award to each eligible applicant, awards in
   14  all components of the program must be prorated using the same
   15  percentage reduction.

   19         Delete line 73
   20  and insert:
   21         a specified date of each year; requiring a student
   22         that meets certain eligibility requirements to receive
   23         the award amount as originally provided by the
   24         legislature for the maximum percent of credit hours
   25         the student was eligible for when he or she originally
   26         began receiving the scholarship for the duration of
   27         the scholarship; deleting a provision requiring
   28         certain awards to be prorated under certain
   29         circumstances; deleting a provision
