    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public pool regulations; amending
    3         s. 514.0115, F.S.; exempting pools serving
    4         condominium, cooperative, homeowners’, and other
    5         property associations from public pool regulations
    6         under certain circumstances, with an exception;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section
   12  514.0115, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   13         514.0115 Exemptions from supervision or regulation;
   14  variances.—
   15         (2)(a) A pool that serves a condominium, cooperative, or
   16  homeowners’ association or any other property association, any
   17  of which has 32 or fewer Pools serving no more than 32
   18  condominium or cooperative units or parcels and is which are not
   19  operated as a public lodging establishment, is shall be exempt
   20  from supervision under this chapter, except for water quality.
   21         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
