    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 415 - 419
    4  and insert:
    5         3. Be a registered lobbyist for the executive or
    6  legislative branch, except while a commissioner or employee of
    7  the commission when officially representing the commission; or
    8         4. Be a bingo game operator or an employee of a bingo game
