       The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 459 - 465
    4  and insert:
    5  pari-mutuel wagering for fiscal year 2020-2021 or who holds a
    6  permit issued pursuant to s. 550.3345;
    7         (b) All permits issued under this chapter held by
    8  permitholders on January 1, 2021, are deemed valid for the sole
    9  and exclusive purpose of satisfying all conditions for the valid
   10  issuance of the permits, if such permitholder held an operating
   11  license for the conduct of pari-mutuel wagering for fiscal year
   12  2020-2021 or if such permitholder held a permit issued pursuant
   13  to s. 550.3345;
