If an employer fails to comply with subsections (1) and 9 (2) and terminates an employee based on the employee’s 10 noncompliance with a COVID-19 vaccination mandate. 11 2. If an employee leaves employment because his or her 12 employer does not implement a COVID-19 vaccination mandate. 13 3. If an employee has to leave employment to care for an 14 immediate family member who has contracted COVID-19 or any other 15 illness. 16 4.
