       Senator Taddeo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 265 and 266
    4  insert:
    5         (8) An employer that is a small business as defined in s.
    6  288.9932 and that, as a result of complying with the
    7  requirements of this section, is unable to implement all safety
    8  measures approved or recommended by the Federal Government to
    9  protect its employees and customers from exposure to COVID-19
   10  may enroll its employees in the state group health insurance
   11  plan. Any coverage provided to an employee pursuant to this
   12  subsection must be at least equal to the policies and coverage
   13  amounts available to members of the Senate and the House of
   14  Representatives under the state group health insurance plan.

   18         Delete line 40
   19  and insert:
   20         policy; authorizing certain employers to enroll their
   21         employees in the state group health insurance plan
   22         under certain circumstances; specifying a requirement
   23         for the coverage provided under such policies;
   24         providing for expiration; creating s.
