    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Maximino Capdevila and Coralia Capdevila Road
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of W. Columbus Drive between N. Himes
   14  Avenue and N. MacDill Avenue in Hillsborough County is
   15  designated as “Maximino Capdevila and Coralia Capdevila Road.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Maximino Capdevila and Coralia
   18  Capdevila Road as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
