       The Committee on Rules (Boyd) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 23
    4  and insert:
    5  buildings 75 feet or less in height with the exterior components
    6  constructed of wood frame. Evidence of wood frame construction
    7  shall be shown by the property owner providing building permit
    8  documentation which identifies the construction type as wood
    9  frame. Existing buildings

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 9
   14  and insert:
   15         apartment buildings; requiring that owners of such
   16         apartment buildings provide certain documentation;
   17         providing an effective date.
