       Senator Burgess moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 71 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5  A registered intern or registered pharmacy technician who
    6  administers an immunization or vaccine under this subsection
    7  must be supervised by a certified pharmacist at a ratio of one
    8  pharmacist to a maximum of five one registered interns or
    9  registered pharmacy technicians, or a combination thereof
   10  intern.
