    2         An act relating to the Florida Occupational Safety and
    3         Health State Plan; repealing ch. 2021-274, Laws of
    4         Florida, relating to the Florida Occupational Safety
    5         and Health State Plan; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Chapter 2021-274, Laws of Florida, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
