       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         775.15 Time limitations; general time limitations;
    6  exceptions.—
    7         (21)(a)The prosecution for a violation of any of the
    8  following, may be commenced at any time:
    9         1.Chapter 794, except for a violation of s. 794.024, s.
   10  794.027, s. 794.03, or s. 794.075; or
   11         2.Section 800.04(7)(a)3.; or
   12         3. Section 827.071(2) or (3).
   13         (b)This subsection applies to any offense that is not
   14  otherwise barred from prosecution on or before July 1, 2022

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete everything before the enacting clause
   18  and insert:
   19                        A bill to be entitled                      
   20         An act relating to statutes of limitations for sexual
   21         offenses; amending s. 775.15, F.S.; eliminating
   22         statutes of limitations periods for prosecution of
   23         specified sexual offenses; providing applicability;
   24         providing an effective date.
