       The Committee on Community Affairs (Diaz) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 48 - 59
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) A county or municipality may adopt an ordinance
    6  specifying buffer and landscaping requirements for floating
    7  solar facilities. The requirements may not exceed the
    8  requirements for similar uses involving the construction of
    9  other solar facilities that are permitted uses in agricultural
   10  land use categories and zoning districts.
   11         (5) Notwithstanding subsections (3) and (4), a floating
   12  solar facility may not be constructed in an Everglades
   13  Agricultural Area reservoir project if the local governments
   14  involved with the project determine that the floating solar
   15  facility will have a negative impact on that project.
