       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 102 - 106
    4  and insert:
    5  motor vehicle parking may establish rules and rates that govern
    6  private persons parking motor vehicles on such private property.
    7  Such rules and rates may include parking charges for violating
    8  the property owner’s or operator’s rules and must be posted and
    9  clearly visible to persons parking motor vehicles on such
   10  private property. An invoice for parking charges issued under
   11  this section must
