       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 96
    4  and insert:
    5  is inappropriate or unsuitable. School districts may not destroy
    6  any material discontinued pursuant to this paragraph and shall
    7  make a good faith effort to either return the material to the
    8  entity that provided the material or, if unable to return the
    9  material, inform local libraries and nonprofit book depositories
   10  of the material’s availability and transfer the material upon a
   11  local library or nonprofit book depository’s request.
