    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Sergeant First Class Michael C. Aten Memorial
   11  Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
   12  suitable markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of S.R. 19 between C.R. 48 and Lane Park
   14  Cutoff Road in Lake County is designated as “Sergeant First
   15  Class Michael C. Aten Memorial Highway.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Sergeant First Class Michael C.
   18  Aten Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
